Attendee Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Requests made on or before October 1, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between October 2–31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refunds: After October 31, 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. This includes illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
- Transfer Option: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your company at no cost. Please send us the new attendee’s information by November 7, 2026.
